Sophia Barros knows the cost of a life lived in overdrive.

After two decades leading businesses and teams — and her own burnout battle — she now helps high-achievers and leaders listen to their bodies, rewire stress at the root, and reclaim a more alive way of living.

A postgrad in psychology and trained across Somatic Stress Release, Mindfulness, CBT, Somatic Psychotherapy, Breathwork, Leadership and Mindset coaching, Sophia blends science, strategy, and soul to guide people out of survival mode and into sustainable high-performance.

Hundreds have worked with her to regulate their nervous systems, reset their energy, and rediscover inner wisdom.

When she’s not teaching or writing, she’s out in nature, deep in a book, or with her family.
